Vaja Warranty

Vaja products are made to ensure satisfaction and service during the natural life of the product. It warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the purchase. Under no circumstances, the warranty will apply after this time.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorized product repairs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.
This guarantee will begin from the date the product is received and will only run for the same model originally purchased.
To apply for this benefit you should contact Vaja Customer Care Department. Just send an e-mail to sales @ vaja.uk.com to become acquainted with the specific details. The Vaja product purchase must be legitimated by an order number and an invoice.

Return and Exchanges

Stocked Products
As these Vaja cases are handcrafted and are of considerable value, items are not sold on trial basis and a 30% handling charge will be applied for any non-fault returns of in stock items. Providing the product is unused, in original undamaged packaging and in new condition, and returned within 7 days of purchase, we will issue a refund (less 30% handling charge and shipping charges) following inspection of the product. Customer will need to arrange and bear the return carriage costs. Please email / call to obtain RMA number and return instructions.

Custom Orders
If we have not received any request from the customer within 24 hours after entering the order, we process it and then we begin the handicraft process. Once the product enters the first handicraft step, it belongs exclusively to the customer who ordered it and nobody else, (i.e. the customer is the actual owner of the case even though it has not been shipped yet).
We cannot accept any return or exchange once the product has been handicrafted because of the extensive process involved in the making of custom products. This is why we suggest our customers to carefully check our site initially for detailed product description as well as checking the order confirmation email for any discrepancy that could lead to problems.

Shipping and Delivery

All products will be shipped from our London office to the customers. Custom orders will take at least 20-30 days to be made and delivered, other factors including custom clearance may delay the shipment even further.

Stocked Products should be delivered within 5 working days or sooner to mainland UK, however, factors beyond our control may delay the shipment. Please check with us if the order is urgent.

Pricing

Due to the volatile currency exchange rate of GBP £ Sterling, and the nature of currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to change pricing without notice. Orders placed and confirmed will not normally be affected, however, we reserve the right to cancel orders and to refund in full should the situation warrant such action. Customers will be notified up on such instance.
